- To shorten reach to the bars. BAD! Bar reach should be addressed with a stem and your bars, not your leg’s relation to your pedals. Moving your saddle forward is a bad way to adjust reach. It’s the worst way. It is a great way to put more strain on your knees, though.
- It’s what they had laying around. Most bikes come stock with 0 posts, because 0 offset posts are typically cheaper to make than 20mm offset posts. People don’t notice knee pain on parking lot rides. True facts. Using a 0mm post 'cause it’s just what ya got is like subbing in Gak for eggs in an omelet recipe, cause it’s just what ya got. Go to the damn store.
- 0mm posts are lighter. You can make a really light 0mm post, maybe 50 grams lighter than a set back post. 50 grams is not worth knee pain. Subtract 50 grams somewhere else. Get Ti bottle cages. This is not the place to do it.
If you have a slack frame, get this Nitto post. It’s the best 0mm post there is. Big bolts, not under built, nice looking. Off road safe. Won’t slip. No gimmicks. Cold forged in Japan.

Good Tissot Watch

Arrived on time, in its original box, include a 2 year international warranty, into the box include a book with the Tissot brand history in Switzerland. Algo a second book with a whole catalog of Tissot watches men and women.
The watch looks better when you put in on your wrist. The “naval” blue really gives the clock a classy look. The stainless steel workmanship is really good, the metal is bright and perfectly polished. The metal wristband quality is very good, did not have any problem to adjust the size , I went to my preferred clock workshop for this job, they extracted a few pieces of the band to fit to my small wrist size. Have to get used to the butterfly latch, but after a few days, now I learned to open and close it without any effort. The clock it’s very accurate, I’ve been using my Tissot for near a month and it just increased a few seconds per week. I do the setup and check accuracy with my pc clock. In short, It”s a good value watch, nice, good looking, accurate.

Look great for dress up up casual

Hard to Beat for the Price
Size: 10 Wide, Color: Tan Leather Burnished
I purchased these for a business trip to Italy and wore them daily for the two weeks that I was there, during which I walked extensively. For me, there was a break-in period of a few days; before it loosens up, it will bite your heel, so I recommend wearing bandages or heel pads initially. Following the break-in, it's a very comfortable shoe and has served me well.
I purchased a wide, and for this shoe, I found the width agreeable; in my experience, Cole Haan wide widths tend to be hit or miss (i.e., a wide is sometimes not all that wide). In terms of durability, I would not expect these to remain in good condition for more than a year if you wear them daily. The leather is not of high quality, but it's acceptable for the price. Expect them to crease very quickly if not using shoe trees. That doesn't bother me, but I know some find it objectionable.
All in all, I like them and would buy them again. It's a comfortable alternative to traditional dress shoes for the office and works equally well for casual wear. Most higher quality options cost at least two or three times as much, and many are unavailable in a wide.
